S.P.A.R.K.
Strength, Performance, Agility, Resilience & Knowledge

This session of the S.P.A.R.K. program is designed for girls ages 9–11. The program promotes and encourages girls to build strength, speed, confidence, and healthy movement skills through engaging activities that support both athletic performance and injury prevention.
Activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Age-appropriate strength training
- Agility and speed drills
- Balance and coordination activities
- Fitness games and challenges
- Flexibility and mobility exercises
- Injury prevention and movement education
- Team-building activities
Session 1: July 2026
10:15 – 11:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July (no class July 16th due to Moscow Bears Basketball Camp)
